Come join Jacqui Lumsden for a Sexy Unique Single Launch like no other. To celebrate the release of her latest single ‘I Love Me’, Jacqui has put together an extra special night of comedy, music and drag! With performances by Drag Race Down Under finalist Lazy Susan, Triple J’s Jordan Barr (comedy set) and pop princess Jamison, this will truly be the most sexy and unique single launch you’ve ever seen.
Originally hailing from Warrnambool, Jacqui moved to Melbourne to pursue a career in music heavily influenced by her love of Australian indie pop artists including Montaigne, Vera Blue and Kate Miller-Heidke. Jacqui began releasing music in 2021 with a steady stream of catchy singles before finally dropping her debut EP Enthusiasm in 2023. Her music strongly embraces ‘80s synths and stacked vocal harmonies atop 90’s driving guitars giving her a fresh indie-pop sound. A proud recipient of the Darebin Songwriters Award, her artistry continues to gain recognition as she was a finalist in the Listen Up Music songwriting prize, won Forte Magazine’s emerging artist award and snagged the runner up spot at Strictly Live’s recent Battle of the Bands competition.
Having completed a successful EP tour, played multiple festivals and opened for artists such as Cowboy Malfoy, MANE and Hayley Mary, Jacqui has shared her music with eager fans across the country, delivering electrifying performances that leave a lasting impression.
Jacqui continues to evolve as an artist, with her new single I Love Me dropping February 14, 2025.
