A night of true, personal storytelling from Brisbane/Magandjin's most brilliant and ordinary. Storytelling events exist in different forms across the globe and they've binded communities since the dawn of time. Host Frankie Rosbrook became interested in storytelling through 'The Moth' - a storytelling school based in New York. After flying to New York to attend a Moth show, Frankie was entranced. The warmth, connectedness and joy in a room with 100 strangers was like nothing they had experienced. Now, Frankie is bringing their own storytelling event 'ZEROCAP' to Magandjin/Brisbane. ZEROCAP is a microphone, 8 generous storytellers and a kind audience. It's binding community. It's the warmest hug you've ever felt.
