Tegan Clark brings her debut album ‘Sick or in Love?’ to the Doo-Bop stage in Brisbane to continue her celebration for the anticipated release.
Tegan Clark is paving her own way with relatable lyrics and memorable melodies as she captures audiences with her authenticity. Bending genres like Pop/Alternative, Indie and Soul, Tegan’s ability to connect with her emotions allows her songs to be relatable, vulnerable and authentically her. At just 23 years old, Tegan is exploring what it means to have a voice, and how she intends to build community through music.
Supporting the night is Bedroom, an upcoming math rock/fusion band enters the scene with technical yet sparky riffs and intricate metric modulations. Their sound, influenced by the instrumentation of math rock and jazz fusion, is synthesised into a fresh take of the two genres. Bedroom will be something fresh & innovative for everyone.
Starting the night is Anastasia, a passionate vocalist who has been surrounded by music from a young age. Her musical style is influenced by jazz, R&B, soul, and artists such as Sade, bringing a smooth, soulful and expressive quality to her performances. Anastasia’s desire is to use her voice to create meaningful moments & to express herself, her beliefs and her creativity.
