Bush To Bay 2021
Dust off those boots and grab that hat, Bush to Bay is on! The country music festival is forging ahead at Bay Central Tavern, Hervey Bay on Saturday 9 October.
After postponing earlier this year, the Bush to Bay team are stoked to move ahead with the one-day bush bash. With a lineup chock full of Australian country music faves already announced, understandably some of the festival’s southern-state acts are no longer able to hit the stage in Queensland. Festival organisers confirm Bush To Bay’s final lineup which features the addition of some equally legendary country music favourites.
Taking place outdoors at Bay Central Tavern, Bush to Bay will play host to already announced acts including four-time ARIA award winning artist Lee Kernaghan and certified ARIA Gold folk-rock two-piece, Busby Marou. Punters will now be treated to the glowing warmth, husky tones and bawdy sense of humour of eleven-time Golden Guitar winner, Beccy Cole. Beccy is a crowd favourite, having built a reputation for bringing an audience to fever pitch and stomach clutching laughter.
Also boot-scootin' their way onto the lineup is the Gold Coast trio, Hinterland. Off the back of the success of their latest single ‘Giddy Up’, Hinterland will be performing hits from their chart-topping debut album Loud. Whingham born singer-songwriter, James Johnston, will be joined by his band at Bush to Bay. No stranger to the stage, James has performed to crowds of over 10,000, captivating fans with his infectious and intimate stage presence.
Another addition to this packed lineup is critically acclaimed jazz and cabaret performer, Libby O'Donovan. Libby has wowed audiences in New York, Tokyo and Toronto as well as establishing herself as a staple in Australia's live theatre scene. Finally, adding a little local, country-flare, Fraser Coast faves, Forbidden Road, will be taking the stage for an unforgettable performance.2021 LINE UP:
