The OWLS new single ‘Unfinished Business’ opens with the lines, “while you’re sleeping, I’ll
stay up believing there’s still something left to sing.” If you’re reading this then chances are you’d
agree, given the way things are, there most certainly is. The song speaks to the question, what
drives creativity? Resolving in the conclusion that, “in a past life, I must’ve had unfinished
business.”

All meaning and motives aside, the song’s a rocker. It kicks and stumbles over the cornerstones of
great rock’n’roll - 3 chords, 2 electric guitars, a great rhythm section and a great song, all captured
pretty much live, unpretentious and loose in all the right ways.
