Hailing from all different climates, landscapes and habitats around planet earth, the stars have aligned for the mystical sounds and sonics of Fauna to roar into the ears of the Melbourne music scene. These animals use their indie-rock and garage rock revival inspirations to foster some high energy and bittersweet calls of the jungle! This is fauna, with their original song, Zippo!
SAGE
Sage is a solo trans punk artist from Melbourne/Naarm, known for her attitude, scream like a wailing banshee and “in-your-face”, politically charged “Bitch Punk”. Sage uses her music to express her disgust for violence against women, homophobia, transphobia, factory farming, capitalism, social media, war and the feeling of being an outcast in today’s society.
Sage is a direct product of the current state of the world. Sage is a rally cry for the oppressed. Sage is fucking pissed.
BITE MY TONGUE
Bite My Tongue, emerging indie and alternative rock band is coming to Stay Gold Battle of The Bands! They’re loud and clumsy. They write songs about tripping over and falling on people. If you’ve ever tripped over before you owe it to them to be there. Be ready to be flabbergasted..
