Please join Prof Paul Shand of Tria Prima Distillery and Mr Christopher Dix of Hidden Trove Distilling, along with the Wheaty Tasting team as they explore the roles - and malts - of two important Scotsmen who came to South Australia to distil.
The highlight of the evening will be a tasting of the award winning Tria Prima malts and a first taste of the revival of two very famous Thebarton distilled malt whiskies: Gilt Edge and Milne & Co.
