Bastille Day Dinner

Bastille Day is one of the most important days on the french calendar and Wunderbar chef and owner Julian Volkmer has curated a classic french menu to mark the occasion.

Classic french dishes, deserve classic french wines and I have teamed up with Alex Chapman from Negotiants Australia to match each dish with a premium selection.

You'll be treated to wines from some of the most famous french family winemakers,  with generations of history and tradition. Wines from Pierre Gimonnet Champagne, Families Hugel, Domaine Faiveley, Families Perrin and Chateau Coutet.
