These little city piggies just had to get back to the bush! It’s Easter, so we’re trading in the city trough for another oink in our favourite regional town, Castlemaine.

Last year we crawled so that this year we could run, on our own two trotters. We’ve invited all our favourite farm friends from here and abroad, and we hope you like our little farm family. We’ve got Detroit legend Patrice Scott, disco darlings Wax’o Paradiso, funk lords Mondo Freaks, spoonfuls of soul from Wild Gloriosa, long form jazz with Krakatau, alt-rock and folky goodness from Erica Dunn’s Palm Springs, and plenty more piggy pals on stages from our friends at Daisy Records and Love Shack Brewing.

Spots in the stables are like needles in haystacks, so don’t sleep on yours, come roll in the mud!

Special notes— it’s been a bloody shit time with bushfires for the locals up this way, so if you can make a weekend of it, please do, the traders will love you for it!! As always, free tickets are available for First Nations guests, please email us at info@whenpigsfly.com.au

We live, work and play on land that was forcibly taken from Aboriginal people. There has been no Treaty with the First Nations of this place and the effects of colonisation continue to this day. We would like to acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people, on whose land this event will take place. We pay our respects to the Elders past, present and emerging and recognise that sovereignty has never been ceded.
