Retail Therapy’s emotionally charged performances and poignant songwriting walks the line between frustration and catharsis. Their music is energetic, melancholic and unrelenting.
Retail Therapy have shaped their own identity by blending sounds of new wave, post grunge, shoegaze, funk and post rock.
Having all met at university, they began performing headline gigs in January 2025. They went on to release their debut single ‘97 Chaser in the following months, a fuzzy, driving, energetic shoegaze track.
In the same way artists like Paramore and Title Fight combine overdriven riffs and emotional vocals, Retail Therapy utilise youth frustration as a source of empowerment.
-Bleach is a four-piece alt-rock band bringing raw energy and reckless charm to the stage. Fronted by Sarah’s electric vocals, with Sean on bass, Marcus on guitar, and Anna on drums, the group can be best described as a fusion of Hole, Oasis and the Strokes.
Though new to the scene, Bleach has been commended for turning heads with a sound that’s loud, honest, and built on years friendship. Born from jam sessions and late-night conversations, their music captures the chaos and beauty of youth as unfiltered and unapologetic. The four passionate inspired musicians project their love of music and Rock ‘n’ Roll through their eccentric originals and adaptations of popular covers. With a handful of gigs under their belt, Bleach is just getting started.
