Capital Noise Presents: ‘I Thought You’d Be Here Too’ - a skramz-leaning festival at The Tote in Melbourne, bringing together some emotional, heavy hitting bands from the local scene such as Indented, In Her Palms and many more.

This event is a suicide prevention fundraiser, built around the idea that music brings people together and can be a place of real support, not just used an escape. A lot of music that will be played comes from lived experience, real emotions such as grief, isolation, anger and survival. This day exists to acknowledge this honestly.

It isn’t about making major statements or offering easy answers to those struggling. It’s about showing up for the community and something bigger than yourself, standing in a room together and using the music as a way to remind each other that connection matters. The aim is very simple: raise funds and awareness for suicide prevention, and create a space where people don’t have to carry things alone.
