Collection notice: The Department of Housing and Public Works (DHPW) is collecting your personal information on this form to facilitate your registration for the Queensland Government Supplier Roadshow series 2026, and for the purposes of maintaining contact with you.
Queensland Privacy Principle (QPP) 5 of the Information Privacy Act 2009 obliges us to advise you of certain matters when collecting your personal information. This collection notice sets out those matters, and explains how we will manage the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of your personal information.
DHPW cannot process your registration without collecting this information.
We may disclose your personal information to Queensland Government Ministers and their Offices, and other government entities (local, state and/or federal) and the Business Chamber Queensland, partnering in the delivery of the roadshow. This is for the purposes of tailoring roadshow messages, ensuring appropriate government and Business Chamber Queensland subject matter experts are in attendance, for internal government reports and/or promotional opportunities.

In addition, we may disclose de-identified personal information to external to government roadshow presenters to assist with tailoring roadshow messages.
The Queensland Government may have staff filming and/or taking photographs at this event. Please be aware that by attending this event, you consent to your voice, name and/or likeness being used without compensation. Photographs, footage and recordings shall be the sole property of the Queensland Government and may be used on our websites, social media channels and for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, advise our staff on arrival.
