Souls of Ambience is a 4-piece band comprising Greg Sneddon (keys) Marek Taborsky (lead) Tim Ilines (Rhythm) and Chris George (drums). Metal Temple magazine describes the band as "A cross between Gothic, Progressive, Acid, and Psychedelic Rock with a bit of blues thrown in, stemming from a classical English background" “Heavy, thick complex sound with dark poetic lyrics…” German mag Amboss: "Ranging from romantic and playful to disturbingly experimental and classic rock.” Portuguese mag Via Nocturna: "Progressive-inspired rock, always with sharp and acid guitars, cinematic, theatrical component and some details of world music." Released an album called "A thousand tears ' with an international record label.

Made up of six seasoned musicians, the band brings together decades of experience from a wide range of backgrounds, united by a shared passion for playing and performing great music.
The lineup features talent from across Victoria, with members Shane Simpson and Rob Rostolis, Angelo Sartore, Garry Richards, Mathew Underwood, and Jerry Speiser—formerly of Men at Work—adding a touch of international acclaim to an already rich experience. Their music has a laid-back bluesy rock feel, delivered with authenticity, skill and a healthy dose of character.
