Alexandra Headland Surf Life Saving Club presents ‘Bluff Fest’, an 18+ mini outdoor-music festival, Saturday November 30th 2024 in the Buhk Family Park, adjacent to Alex Surf Club.
Bluff Fest is an all-original outdoor live music festival, raising funds to keep Alexandra Headland Beach safe via Alexandra Headland Surf Life Saving Club, supporting the Sunshine Coast original live music scene and the local community.
The bill is an all-Australian, all-original line-up compiled of local and interstate touring artists. Co-Headlining the festival are The Grogans, an Australian garage rock band from Melbourne. The trio, since forming in 2016, they have released four studio albums– most recently, Find Me A Cloud in 2023, and three extended plays. The trio cites surf rock from the 1960s as a major influence for their sound and has witnessed soaring popularity on the Sunshine Coast and beyond.
In conjunction, The Terrys are an Australian indie rock band from Gerringong that formed in early 2020, will co-headline Bluff Fest. The band released their debut EP titled The TerrySonic Mixtape in September 2021. Their debut studio album, True Colour, was released in October 2022, and peaked at number 17 on the ARIA Charts in March 2023. They released their second album, Skate Pop, in February 2024.
Supporting the line-up includes Shag Rock, Nana’s Pie, Emily Rink Band, Brook St & Karlou.
Proudly supported by RedBull, QUEvents, Lonely Lands Agency, Diablo Ginger Beer and Your Mates Brewing.
