Ruby Runaway - FREE ENTRY

Ruby Runway is an indie rock band from Newcastle, NSW. The music they write ranges from soft rock ballads through to headbangers, with a range of catchy tracks in between. Singer, Anna Pop, writes the lyrics and vocal melodies. She takes inspiration from a variety of sources, such as relationships, work, travel and the romance novels she reads. Guitarist, Matt Cross, creates the musical composition and arrangement. He takes inspiration from a variety of bands such as JET, Ben Folds Five, and Grinspoon. Together, they create a unique, retro-inspired sound, and engage audiences with their stage presence. They have four singles out currently, and will be releasing their debut album later this year.
