MUSIC VALLEY LIVE
Music Valley Awards 2026: Live at Kindred Bandroom
Friday 4 December | Kindred Studios Bandroom | Doors 6pm, Show 6:30pm
Effort, recognised. Every year since 2012.
For 15 years, the Music Valley Awards have celebrated what really makes an artist: commitment, hard work and the courage to keep growing. Each year, students, artists and community members are recognised for their dedication and progress across a range of award categories. This year we’ve expanded our categories to recognise even more of the hard work happening across Music Valley.
Every award is earned. Our coaches and band directors nominate recipients, and each nomination is reviewed against the year’s Scorecard results for attendance, practice, preparation and participation, along with the MV Code. Winners are then revealed live on stage.

A Night of Live Music
Between presentations, the stage comes alive with performances from our flagship bands and ensembles, plus our emerging ensembles, rising artists and vocalists. Expect live fusion, where rock, pop and jazz collide through original arrangements and raw improvisation.
This year’s recipients join an honour roll that goes back to 2012. Come celebrate their achievements, cheer them on as they take their next steps into the music industry, and be part of a night our whole community will remember. Important Information Under 18s are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
