Join Aqua Sculpt instructors guide you through a 45-minutes session and discover Pilates on a lagoon pool.
A Gold Coast Exclusive - Aqua Sculpt brings an effective full body workout engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously to enhance your balance, flexibility, and strength, all performed on the pool water surface on a floating exercise platform.
Price: $39 per adult*
Duration: 45 minutes per session
When: Every Thursday and Saturday from 7:00am to 7:45am
Where: 158 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise QLD, 4217
All guests are kindly advised to arrive 15 minutes before class to meet the instructor at the pool gate entrance of JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa.
Parking is complimentary and towels will be provided during the course of each session.
Extend your wellness and enjoy your morning a little longer with Citrique’s $38* locals buffet breakfast until 10:30am, daily.

Aqua Sculpt Severe Weather Cancellation Policy: In the event of severe weather, Aqua Sculpt Pilates at JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa will be cancelled to protect the safety of the attendees and instructor. A member of JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa will directly text message you via the number provided upon booking at least 60 minutes prior to the event should this occur. Your session may be transferred to another day should this be possible pending availability, alternatively a refund will be allocated at the discretion of JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa Management. Aqua Sculpts will still occur during intermittent rain and refunds will not occur for change of mind cancellations.
