Brisbane Afrobeats Festival returns in 2026 on a long weekend Sunday for its 6th edition featuring exciting live music performances, Afrobeats, AmaPiano & Afro remixes DJ sets, Afrodancers, arts & fashion stalls and business showcase.

The BAF 2026 will be an all-inclusive afro music festival showcasing best Afrobeats sounds (Afro-house, Afro-Latino, Soca, Baile Funk, Dancehall, Makossa) from African diaspora, Afrobeats style dance steps, various special guest artists exciting performance, games, and other side attractions for a powerful and amazing experience.

It is a continuous celebration of the ascendance of this amazing buzzing Afrobeats sounds & African music dominating our playlist recently mashed up with authentic Afrobeats global takeover sounds. Let us kick off the warm spring with amazing music warming our souls. it is all about good vibes, chill out, dance move, mingle & networking.

We are bringing together an amazing line up interstate and local artists for this one; DJ Deklack (Melbourne), Electromaks (Sydney) Rickxten (Sydney), Armel, Ryzen, DJ Braino, DJ Cruise, DJ Skratch, DJ Teabee, DJ Rudeboi and other acts to be announced.

The objective of Brisbane Afrobeats Festival is to create an all-inclusive social gathering promoting Afrobeats music and multicultural lifestyle which enhances Brisbane/Australian community growth economically and socially.
