Born and bred in idyllic Marlborough, New Zealand, Daily J have built a sound of their own - dreamy, swirling melodies, warm basslines and hazy pop electronica, the perfect soundtrack to golden hour.
Brothers Jayden, Jonny and Jesse Paul, plus musical soulmate Rick, have been riding a wave since 2017. Debut EP 'The Other Side' was followed by sing-along favourites 'Left Me Like Summer' and 'Skylah', debut album 'Venus Ate Mars' (2020), and the two-part 'Slush Honey' (2022–23).
Two sold-out Australian tours and 48M+ streams later, 2024 brought a sold-out debut UK tour and third album 'Scatterbrains', with singles climbing the NZ charts. Now Sydney-based, the band reached US college radio via the 'Scatterbrains' deluxe - and in 2026 delivered their most assured work yet with the 'Wabi Sabi' EP.
Led by singles 'Space Cowboy', 'Darling' and 'Stairways', 'Wabi Sabi' embraces hope, nostalgia, imperfection and being just a little bit sunburnt around the edges. The band toured both coasts of Australia through the first half of 2026 before heading to Canada, the UK and
Europe in September for their biggest run of shows to date.
Through all of life's chaos, their music offers something rare: calm, empathy, escape.
Sunshine or rain, Daily J remind us we're never truly alone.
