Tones And I is back in Australia and celebrating with an incredibly special, one-off show in Ingham! In a rare and generous gesture to give back, tickets are just $10 for a full production, all ages show. One night only Ingham, tickets will fly!

PARKING & TRANSPORT
* Event parking is located on Cooper St and surrounds. Traffic management will be closing Cooper St near Ingham Showgrounds for patron safety. Local residents will still have access.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
* A large range of food and beverage outlets will be open for the duration of the event. A public bar will operate offering a range of beer, wine, cider, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages. All vendors will accept cash or card payments. Please keep in mind that weather may restrict some vendors serviceability.
MERCHANDISE
* Located adjacent to the main bar and will feature a range of merchandise.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
* This event is all ages. All patrons under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent / guardian and remain with them at all times. The event takes no responsibility for for any injury, loss, damage or incident that may arise from patron behaviour.
FIRST AID
* First aid is located on site for the duration of the event. If you are feeling unwell or need medical attention at any time please visit the first aid marquee.
ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
* Accessible parking is limited for accredited patrons adjacent to the event entry. This area is unreserved.
* Once inside the venue, an accessible viewing area is available for patrons with disabilities and their immediate accredited carers approximately 40 metres from the stage with accessible bathrooms located in close proximity.
* Please note, Ingham Showgrounds is an outdoor venue with uneven surfaces and is open to the elements. If you require any assistance on the day, please ask one of our staff.
TICKETING POLICY
* The official ticketing agency for this event is Oztix. The event takes no responsibility for tickets purchased outside of the official agency. Tickets purchased through third parties such as Viagogo, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, eBay or other sites are done so at the customer’s own risk. Fraudulent tickets will not be honoured.
* Once a ticket purchase is completed, there are no refunds or exchanges available. In purchasing a ticket to this event, the purchaser acknowledges that any government mandates, public health orders or inability to attend due to illness or other changed circumstances does not render the purchaser eligibility for a refund or exchange.
WEATHER POLICY
* This event is an open-air concert that will proceed rain, hail or shine. In the very unlikely event of a cancellation, ticketholders will be advised by SMS, email and social media.
* The event will only be cancelled if the site is deemed unsafe to proceed / continue. This decision will be made by event management, venue management and emergency services. Patrons are advised to come prepared for the elements with appropriate attire, footwear, a wide-brimmed hat, sunscreen, and rain poncho.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
* Entry to the Ingham Showgrounds is subject to the following conditions.
1. Any items which are regarded as dangerous or offensive are prohibited and will be confiscated.
2. No alcohol may be brought into the event. Consumption of alcohol is allowed in all parts of the turf club under the liquor licence.
3. Patron’s persons and bags may be searched.
4. Patrons who refuse inspection may be denied entry.
5. Any drugs found will be confiscated, police called and the patron held until police arrive.
6. Smoking is prohibited in all areas except an area designated at the site with no alcohol going into said area.
7. Patrons must comply with the provisions of the EBA, and or Police, OLGR and QLD Health, Security and or Local City Council.
