TRANSIENCE "TEMPLE" 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY SHOW
Before they embark on a new musical chapter, prog-rockers Transience invite you to join them on a journey to the past…
In 2015, Transience released their “landmark… Aussie progressive heavy rock” album (Heavy Mag) Temple, properly cementing themselves and their sound as a mainstay of the Melbourne music scene. Now that they’ve returned to the stage, Transience are celebrating the 10 year anniversary of Temple’s release by playing the album in its entirety – from Anglophobia to Shining Lights.
This is the first time the album has been played in full, and some old friends may be joining the band on stage to mark the occasion. Blending intricate musicianship with raw energy, Transience have carved out a name for themselves in the progressive rock and metal scene. With a sound that pushes boundaries, they’ve shared the stage with some of the genre’s finest, including The Contortionist (USA), The Ocean (Germany), Starset (USA), SikTh (UK), Caligula’s Horse, and more.
Accompanying them at the Bergy Bandroom in Brunswick will be post-rockers Skin Thief, LUNG & Beautiful Bedlam.
