Born and raised in Whakatāne, Jinan performs his first headline show at The Indian Ocean Hotel, Scarborough.
A Māori artist and familiar face in the Perth music scene, Jinan has spent the past couple of years recording and performing around Perth, honing his craft and developing a powerful live set. Now back at the local, he brings an eclectic blend of roots reggae, soul, and funk, delivered through a 4 piece band.
Jinan’s music leaves a heartfelt and spiritual experience through storytelling, guitar driven grooves and a magnetic stage presence. This one off show comes ahead of his upcoming album, Transit Love, giving audiences an early glimpse into his evolving sound.
