Little Red Trucks, Melbourne’s home to an absurd collection of talented movers and musicians is back with another evening of fun and chaos at the Bergy Bandroom. Hot summer days of moving the people of Melbourne require hot summer nights of making the people of Melbourne move. That doesn't sound like it makes sense but trust me it does.
First up we're doing things a little differently. Maybe you're not ready for a band first up? Maybe you need some laffs to loosen you up and get you in the mood? Well, we have the one and only CHARLIE VALENTINE, fresh from his award-adjacent performances at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival here to start your night right. Think of things, but then make them funny, and you have Charlie Valentine. You'll enjoy.
Next up we have MINI WATERS - just having released a new single 'Where The Heart Is', Mini Waters is the oz indie folk you've been missing all your life. Top up your drinks early as they'll leave you stuck in your spot with your eyes closed doing that weird little sway thing you do when you've had a few drinks and are liking the gentle grooves going on around you. We see you. Everyone sees you.
Finally we come to ENT UNT. Short for Entertainment Unit, and equally happy to hold televisions and that dvd player you haven't used in decades, they will bring a fine blues-y ruckus to your evening. Loud, fun, boisterous, chaotic jams in the style of a '68 Valiant VE wagon. What a way to end the evening! There'll be some tunes to dance to afterwards of course, but that's just dessert on top of this dîner merveilleusement savoureux.
