2018 has been a massive year for Brisbane’s sweetest rockers Selfish Sons, who have today announced a sprawl of east coast shows in 2019 to tour their highly anticipated debut EP Sixfour.
After selling out their ‘Spyglass’ single launch earlier in the year, the trio have continued from strength to strength throughout the year, going on to take the support reigns for bands such as Twin Peaks from the US during their national tour with Skeggs & as well as Ivey.
Channelling the nostalgic sounds of 90s rock, these brothers have continued the years’ highs with the release of their second debut single ‘Broke’ in October with a packed out Triffid show to boot and have since established themselves as ‘eccentric entertainers’ with ‘an undeniably powerful sound.’ – Spotify, 2018.
Selfish Sons will be headlining a special run of one-off shows across cities such as Sydney, Wollongong & Gold Coast in early 2019, stopping at Port Macquarie & Newcastle along the way before tying it up with a special homecoming show at The Foundry on Friday 18 January.
You can see the band in any of the dates below:
5th January 2019 – The Lass – Newcastle
6th January 2019 – Rad – Wollongong
10th January 2019 – Frankies – Sydney
11th January 2019 – Botany View Hotel – Sydney
12th January 2019 – The Loungeroom – Port Macquarie
18th January 2019 – The Foundry – Brisbane
19th January 2019 – Currumbin Pub – Gold Coast
Starting what is set to be an even bigger year for the band, Selfish Sons will return to the east coast shores of Australia before commencing a perpetual year of beautiful craziness and chaos.
