Catastrophe Gigs 5th Birthday
Blink-182 and Emo Hits Cover Show
Emo AF, Ruffians, Chris Duke and the Royals
Crowbar Sydney (Leichhardt, NSW)
Saturday, 11 April 2026 7:30 pm
We’re celebrating five years of Catastrophe with a massive throwback to our past half decade of gigs!
Blink-182’s Take Off Your Pants and Jacket album turns 25 this year, and LINK-182 will be back at Crowbar to cover the album live in full! All 13 tracks played in order, followed by bonus Blink bangers (and a couple of the TOYPAJ hidden tracks).
Emo AF are covering the best of our past Catastrophe lineups! With an epic setlist featuring My Chemical Romance, Paramore, AFI, Sum 41, Avril Lavigne, New Found Glory, Jimmy Eat World, Taking Back Sunday, Yellowcard and more! Plus a couple of All American Rejects songs for anyone who was heartbroken by their recent festival cancellation.
The cabaret-core crew Ruffians are playing their unique mix of emo, big band and punk, equipped with a three piece horn section and vocalist sounding like a cross between Brendon Urie, MJ and Freddie Mercury.
Party punks Chris Duke and the Royals are rounding out this stacked bill, kicking of the show with their infectious ska and skate punk tunes. You might have caught them last year performing The Lion King soundtrack for our Punk Goes Disney show.
