This Grand Final Friday, Fenn Wilson & The Weather and Lizard Lounge take over Captain for a public holiday night of live music.
Fronted by singer-songwriter Fenn Wilson, Fenn Wilson & The Weather blend alternative rock with dark pop-noir hooks, atmospheric intensity and razor-tight arrangements — drawing comparisons to the likes of Jeff Buckley, Scott Walker and Nick Cave.
Joining them are Surf Coast outfit Lizard Lounge, bringing dreamy psychedelia, late-night textures and a heavier edge to the stage. Think Tame Impala and Mac DeMarco colliding with Radiohead, Queens of the Stone Age and early Muse.
