Join Kite Vendor, a local dreampop/shoegaze collective, as they celebrate the release of their debut album "See You at the Equator" on Saturday May 16th at Shotkickers, Thornbury.


Since their emergence in 2021, Kite Vendor have undergone a personal and musical metamorphosis as they continue to develop and hone their niche of dreamy alternative rock. The impending release of their self produced debut album (2 years in the making) signifies the end of an arduous creative labour, and the start of a new chapter. 


Kite Vendor are ecstatic to be joined by three amazing acts including: Sydney based indie electronic/trance and solo vocalist Fairie, the brand new experimental audio/visual project XS, and Adelaide based alternative/punk rockers The Munch.
