OH! GOODY! Bookings is built around the goal of bringing attention, awareness, support and visibility to musicians who tend to get overlooked in the music industry. It’s a very important value and mission that the booking agency has and it is no different during Aus Music Month.

To bring the spotlight on the diverse sounds and talent that exist, shape and prolong the Australian music scene, we have to take action to meaningfully create that space for those musicians and their music to get their chance to shine. This Aus Music Month OH! GOODY! Bookings is doing just that by having lineups that are diverse across sounds, identities and experiences to bring you the best of talent that are hidden local gems. Supporting local live music is to understand all the ways that the music transforms us regardless of genre to sustain the longevity of the music scene and those who make it real.

Aus Music Month is more than just about t-shirts: it’s about community, discovery, inclusion and making Australian music the thing to love and pay attention to year round.

This event, Jack in the Box, does just that. It’s a night that is wound up and ready to spring in action in a night of alternative hip-hop, rap and R&B from incredible local artists that will get your energy up, blood pumping and bodies moving. It’s a one of a kind event to showcase how truly tasty the R&B and Hip-Hop spaces are in Australian music, especially in Melbourne.

ADNAM headlines with support from two incredible emerging artists: TURI THARMA and TSENATE. This night brings you talent, excitement and a look into musicians who need to keep your eyes out on as an audience member, venue, and/or music industry worker.

We have something really special for you, are you ready to jump around with this lineup during Aus Music Month?

MORE ABOUT THE LINEUP BELOW:

ADNAM:
When it comes to Australian rap, not many people can say they do it all. However, Port Stephens-born, Melbourne-based rapper/producer/promoter Adnam can claim that title.
First learning to produce at the age of 15 through a cracked version of FL Studio, he realised that there wasn’t anyone around who could do justice on his beats — except himself. He started rapping and fell in love with it, before a move to Melbourne took him to the next level.
Taking influence from the likes of Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco, and BROCKHAMPTON, as well as local stalwarts like Hilltop Hoods, Drapht, and Kerser, Adnam is truly a pillar of his community. Collaboration is at the heart of everything he does, as is a love for lyrically insightful, socially conscious rap, which comes through in every verse he spits.
Working closely with a who’s who of the Australian rap underground, including stealthyn00b members like Sidney Phillips and Lil Ket, as well as artists like Choc, Duge, and WALLACE, Adnam’s released a string of projects that have stamped him as an influential voice in the Australian rap scene. From receiving regular radio play to bringing together a who’s who of Australian rap on the Bikie Tour alongside fellow promoter Cailen Cornish-Bamford, Adnam’s ability to see how the future of the rap scene’s set to play out keeps him at the cutting edge.
Looking to 2027, and he’s currently working on a self-produced solo album, which is shaping up to be his best work yet. In 2026 he dropped two projects: a collaborative tape with Choc, the Australian Music Prize-longlisted You Don’t Really Look Like Rappers, and a solo EP, Bread N Butter. Harry’s always moving at a mile a minute, and that doesn’t look like changing any time soon.

TURI THARMA:
Blending Alternative R&B with Rock and Electronic music, while taking influences from his Tamil roots and upbringing in Carnatic music. Turi Tharma is a singer, producer and bassist from Naarm, Australia. His music is one that struggles to be defined by genre, but is best described through the emotions and feelings that it is written from. And in turn evokes of the listener, exploring themes of life, love and pain. His music has been described as a blend of Jorja Smith, Northeast Party House, and Nia Archives.

TSENATE:
TSENATE is an alt-R&B artist with a honeyed voice and a fearless edge. After turning heads with her debut EP ‘love never adds up’ (2023), she followed up with ‘sleeping next to you’, ‘worst thing i could do’, and fan favourite ‘SUPERSTAR.’ Now she’s back with her latest single ‘ALL IN’. It’s a bold, cheeky anthem and the first taste of her next chapter. Now based in Naarm, TSENATE’s sound blends soulful honesty with pop-R&B shimmer.
For TSENATE every track is a lil vocal flex moment. Every drop? A vibe. She’s not just making music, she’s leaving breadcrumbs for the heartbroken baddies.
