Trackside Party ft. The Smith Street Band
On the edge of Newcastle’s famous street race track sits an old brick church ready to shake with live music, beer & bbq!
On Saturday 23rd November, as the dust settles from the broom brooms, 48 Watt St will open its gates for a mini festival of food, booze and loud music.
Headlining the festivities will be Melbourne’s The Smith Street Band. After spending several months building their own off-the-grid studio, Smithies have promised new music in 2019, following the release of their last album More Scared of You than You Are of Me in 2017. Expect all the songs you love plus all new tunes.
Joining them will be local punk rockers Split Feed plus more to be announced.
Enjoy American style BBQ and a massive range of tin specials before the live tunes take over 2 stages across 48 Watt St and the Small Ballroom.
All tickets include souvenir stubby cooler and drink on entry.
