You will learn how to mix, fold, shape, ferment, and bake authentic sourdough using simple techniques and quality ingredients.

Across the session, you will discover how to care for your starter, understand fermentation stages, troubleshoot common issues, and build confidence in producing consistently delicious bread. Participants will take home their own active sourdough starter, recipe notes, and a shaped dough ready to bake.

Whether you are brand new to sourdough or looking to sharpen your skills, Wild Vine Dough Day offers a fun, flavour-filled learning experience in a warm, community-minded setting, topped off with a sampling of locally made nibbles and treats.
