Matinee Metal Mania at Shotkickers! The sci-fi adventurers of FLITCRAFT will clash
with the zombie marauders of HELLULOID!
Who will win in the ultimate showdown between flying saucer alien invaders and
earthbound monsters of the undead?!
Join us for a killer afternoon of heavy metal on Saturday 28 th November at
Shotkickers in Thornbury and you shall know the answer!
Melbourne band FLITCRAFT return to the stage to play their unique brand of prog
rock / heavy metal and showcase their tendency toward songs of sci-fi journeys
through space. Still promoting their 2025 release “Transmission Echo,” the band’s
third album, FLITCRAFT is music to lift your fist into the air and your mind into the
ether.
HELLULOID are a powerful new force on the local heavy scene, releasing their
debut album “Slash Metal” in April of this year. It’s thrash in classic style, with
songs based on horror movies from the 1980’s. HELLULOID will get the blood
pumping (and the blood spilling) like it’s Halloween in your favourite video store in
1985.
Stoner rockers HAIL FREYA will kick off the proceedings with their tough brand of
psychedelic spells!
