Every leadership team has a strategy.

The question worth asking - the one most don't - is whether it actually lives in the room.

Not in the document. Not in the all-hands. In the room. In the decisions that get made under pressure, in the behaviours that get tolerated, in the priorities that quietly shift when no one is watching.

The gap between strategy and reality is rarely accidental. It's the accumulation of conversations not had, truths not named, and capability not honestly assessed. It persists not because leadership teams lack the time to address it — but because addressing it requires someone to say out loud what everyone in the room already suspects.

That's an uncomfortable thing to be first to say.

The Exec Supper Club creates a different kind of room - one where that conversation is not only possible, but expected.

Our second gathering brings together C-Suite, GM's, Founders, Senior Leaders and People Executives for an evening of honest peer conversation, hosted in the private dining room at Agnes - one of Brisbane's most compelling dining experiences, built entirely around the ancient craft of cooking on open fire. No electricity. No gas. Just the kind of heat that strips things back to what matters.

The evening includes champagne on arrival, a three-course wood-fired dinner, and wine - in a setting that is warm, unhurried, and deliberately removed from the pace of the work week.

Conversation will be guided by curated thought starters on the table - an invitation to go there, not an obligation. The evening follows the room.

This is not a workshop. It's not networking theatre.

It's the room you want to be in - senior leaders with real experience and real responsibility, thinking more honestly about the gap between where their organisation is going and what's actually happening on the ground.

Seats are limited to preserve depth of dialogue.

Wednesday 18 June | Agnes, Fortitude Valley.

Dinner in the private dining room from 6:30pm - 9:30pm (drinks from 6pm optional).
