Rock Invader 2026 hits the Brightside on Sunday July 19th for the Jerrypalooza Benefit Gig.

Showcasing some of the best bands Brisbane has ever produced over 4 decades, from the 90’s til now. Taking over 2 stages, 11 amazing and diverse bands, plus special guests, are coming together to raise money for an amazing cause.

This benefit is for one of our rock n roll family members Tre Drekeson who’s mother passed away last Decemeber leaving him the sole carer of his 11 year old brother, Jerry, the sweetest kid you’ll ever meet. Helping us to raise money is our amazing art community who are donating beautiful artworks for our silent auction in the beer garden, along with other amazing auction items. 

We’re also celebrating 3 major birthdays of 3 Brisbane Rock Gods while we’re at it : 

David Darlings 70th birthday
Otto Hymies 50th birthday and 
Dylan Funhouses 25th!
