Louise Macgregor **FREE GIG**

Vocally compared to the likes of Joni Mitchell, Jewell and Katie Noonan, Louise MacGregor style is described as country tinged soprano. A prolific songwriter, and recording artist, Louise won multiple song competitions early in her career, and has recorded her songs with Louie and The Pride (lush harmonies, and delicately arranged acoustic Pop), Longlea Lane (ambient electronic) and solo under Louise MacGregor. Her songs are how she processes so much of her life, so topics range from motherhood to grief, first love to the love that will be the last, mental health, from joy to injustices.
2025 saw Louise take her music to France, London, and Edinburgh, and she brought home some new songs as well.
Performing with Sam Pollock (the Ratbags) it’s a dream combo, with Sam adding his own flair to Louises style with his lead guitar and effects.
