The Queer Party for the Surf Coast! Presented by Thursgay.

An early evening to late night party-wave of LGBTQ+ excellence, presented by Melbourne’s ultimate, long running queer club promoters at Thursgay. With a lineup of DJ and Drag superstars, hosted by the legendary Kween Kong (barrel-role showstopper from RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under and RuPaul’s Drag Race Global Allstars) plus more shows from Max Drag Queen (the dancing queen from Drag Race Down Under S4) and Diloncé (Australia’s drag answer to Beyonce!). Keeping the dance floor pumping with pop remixes, throwbacks and club classics, sweat it out to party starter DJ’s FRESHXPRINCESS, Jxn Miles and OG local Sailor V!

Of course we will be bringing Thursgay’s iconic Lip Sync For Your Pint competition, where audience members get invited on stage to dance off to a classic pop song for a free pint… and glory!

Want to show us your drag skills? Surf Coast Slay invites local drag performers from the Surf Coast, Geelong and Bellarine to show us what ya got in a DRAG BATTLE ROYALE! The winner takes home a cash prize and a gig at Thursgay’s afterparty for Victoria’s Pride Street Party (as part of Midsumma Festival).
