JON MUQ, a singer-songwriter born in Uganda and now living in Austin, Texas, announces this new show following wow-ing fans in his debut headline and festival performances in March.
Drawing from African as well as western musical trends and traditions, Muq’s music is a precious gift to audiences as he shares his stories, culture and voice with audiences around the world. Whether that is through his tours with Billy Joel, Norah Jones, and Mavis Staples or from his debut album, Flying Away, produced by Dan Auerbach (The Black Keys) for his Easy Eye Sound label.
