The Presynct is proud to be the only permanent venue on the Sunshine Coast offering a truly boutique, VIP-style EDM experience for the real connoisseurs of electronic dance music. Sidetracked now enters its third rendition, continuing to carve out a space for those who value quality, intention, and love depth in their house & techno music.
From 6:00pm through to midnight, Sidetracked takes you on a carefully curated journey of pure house & techno music, with DJs hand-selected by Rabbits on Saturn, our in-house EDM expert. Every artist on the lineup is chosen for their ability to build, guide, and sustain a mood — this is not about drops or distractions, but about flow, groove, and connection.
The Presynct itself is a big part of the experience. Our in-house sound system has been developed, tuned, and refined over two years, carefully moulded to the unique shape of the room by experienced, qualified sound technicians. This is a permanent, purpose-built system — not something wheeled in for the night — delivering a level of clarity, warmth, and consistency rarely found inside a venue.
Beyond the dance floor, Sidetracked is paired with exquisite cocktails, top-shelf spirits, and a considered range of mocktails, non-alcoholic, and health-conscious drinks, making it a night that caters to how people actually want to experience music now.
