Hive to Hands: Beeswax Craft Workshop
Hands on Bee By-Product workshop comes to Roma Street Parkland on Sunday 4 May.
Experience the Magic of Bees: A Hands-On Workshop
Hosted by Jack from Bee One Third on behalf of City Parklands, join us for an unforgettable hands-on bee experience where you’ll learn about the importance of bees, and their role in pollination. Get creative as you roll your own natural beeswax candle and make your own reusable beeswax food wraps, an eco-friendly alternative to clingwrap.
Whether you’re a beginner or a bee enthusiast, this interactive experience will leave you with new skills, handmade creations, and a deeper appreciation for our pollinating friends.
Please note, children need to always be supervised by a responsible adult, and we ask adults to handle any heating appliances and tools on behalf of their child.
Accessibility and Safety
Please note that there may be some steps and inclines as you make your way to the workshop location. Please wear a hat, sunscreen and bring a water bottle. Tea and coffee complimentary.
