Out of iso and hot off the heels of a huge set at Airwaves Festival, Toxic Fox are coming back to Solbar for a hometown show Saturday August 15th with support from Pvcker Up outta the Gold Coast! The Foxes have been busy taking on the Australian music industry with a get-rocking-or-die-trying attitude and they’re well on their way to establishing themselves as one of the most exciting bands to come out of the Sunshine Coast in recent times. Tickets are limited so get in quick! Pre-sales $20+bf here thru Oztix -

Toxic Fox’s first two singles, ‘Bond Street’ and ‘Oil Painted Hill’, released in 2019, have hit over 100K streams on Spotify to date. The aftermath of the releases have included a string of sold out east coast shows and festival appearances. The highly anticipated debut EP ‘White Jail’ is a meander on a cruisy, laid back journey through a diverse range of sonic flavours. An intertwining of genres, it draws on a variety of rock, pop and indie references that a Triple J audience can get their teeth into. Ambient guitar licks combined with a warm, melodic bass tone and lead singer Zephyr Jenkins smooth vocals come together to create a perfect sound for summertime, and with the bands ’Sunshine Coast surf roots', it’s obvious where the five friends get their vibe from.

PVCKER UP is a 3 piece band from Burleigh Heads, QLD. Forming in late 2018, the band blends their own style of punk rock with the grunge and alt-rock sounds of the '90s.
