🪩 Calling all Disco Divas, Dancefloor Dominators, shower singers and enthusiastic arm-wavers!
This is a low-pressure, high-fun singalong — we’ll warm up with a few crowd favourites, learn one epic song together, then sing our faces off to all the disco and dancefloor hits.
From the Bee Gees to ABBA, Donna Summer to Chic — this is a full-blown disco singalong where YOU are the show.
🎤 Led by Jamie Lee Wilson (aka JVMIE) — professional singer, award-winning songwriter… and part-time Dancing Queen.
Will you sound amazing? Maybe.
Will you have a bloody great time singing your face off at The Officers Mess? Absolutely.
No microphones. No pressure. Just big songs, big energy and a room full of people absolutely going for it.

WHAT IS HOPS & HARMONY?
Hops & Harmony is a bar choir experience where anyone — and we mean anyone — can join in. No experience, no sheet music, nothing to prepare. You’ll be taught everything on the night and sing as part of the group.

Perfect. You’ll fit right in.
This is about having fun singing together, not sounding perfect. If you can sing in the shower or the car, you’re overqualified.
MEET YOUR CONDUCTOR
Jamie Lee Wilson (aka JVMIE) is a Billboard & ARIA-charting singer-songwriter and QLD Conservatorium graduate who’s led choirs and singalongs across Queensland and beyond. Her thing? Turning rooms full of strangers into one loud, joyful community — very quickly.
