Live Bare is where comedy gets better.

Hosted by Sare Bare, Live Bare is a one-of-a-kind stand-up show where comedians perform a 3-minute set, before joining a panel of guest comedians for live banter, constructive feedback and plenty of laughs.

It's part comedy show, part behind-the-scenes look at how stand-up is crafted, and part community gathering for people who simply love comedy.

Each month, Sare is joined by a rotating panel of experienced comedians, bringing fresh perspectives, stories and insights to every show. This month, she's joined by Russian-born Aussie comic Zhanna Sichivitsa and queer comedy icon Jai Demeule.

Whether it's a comic stepping on stage for the very first time, a seasoned performer trying out brand-new material, or someone looking for another perspective on an existing set, Live Bare is built on one simple idea: great comedy grows when comics support each other.

For the audience, it's a chance to experience incredible local comedy while getting a rare glimpse behind the curtain. You'll hear where jokes come from, why they work (or don't), and get to know the people behind the punchlines.

Every show ends with the audience crowning the Crowd Favourite, with the winning comic taking home a $100 Mo's voucher.
