Standing firmly at the intersection of rap, graffiti and the underground; Posseshot are reviving an era of street culture where authenticity reigned supreme. Comprised of Muscles and KHA, the duo have become central to the counterculture movement that moves swiftly through all corners of Melbourne. Posseshot's rugged stories are that of Melbourne folklore; backed by abrasive, gloomy production that harks back to the scene's glory days of hardcore hip-hop.

Posseshot's four albums have already produced some of the scene's most oft-quoted street anthems, with their latest album ‘PS4: OPERATION BURNER RAP’ making a surprise debut at #2 on the ARIA Australian album charts.

Their compilation album 'Cityloop' - which featured some of Melbourne's most influential rappers including Alex Jones and Bias B - showed their extensive reach over the city. Their notoriously chaotic live show has seen them perform with international rap legends like Onyx and contemporary tastemakers like Wiki, while their no-holds-barred approach has seen them play with punk and hardcore heavyweights like Amyl & The Sniffers, SPEED and Shady Nasty. A collaboration with Nike saw Posseshot create their own video game ‘BIG CITY EARNERZ’ with arcade machines sprinkled throughout Melbourne city.

Bridging the gap between formative OGs and the current rap landscape, Posseshot's central ethos will continue to keep Melbourne firmly on the map.
