After over a year away, Big Wheels are making a highly anticipated return to Australia for their first headline shows in more than 12 months. These performances will be a vibrant celebration in conjunction with the release of their new single, "Lose on You", a glimmery, upbeat anthem that radiates positivity and empowerment. This exciting release marks a major moment for the band after returning from their biggest ever stint abroad. Don't miss the chance to experience the energy of Big Wheels live as they celebrate their homecoming and the release of this dynamic new track.

"Lose on You" is the latest single from Sydney-based golden rock group Big Wheels. Over the past 18 months, Big Wheels have been carving out their space in both the Australian and UK music scenes after securing an artist residency in London, courtesy of the boutique gig company Sofar Sounds. "Lose on You" captures the feel-good essence of early 2000s soft rock while channeling the anthemic aura of a britpop classic. The track's lyricism centers around a self-reflective conversation, realizing that a certain situation is no longer good for you—and embracing the empowerment that comes with letting go. This is the first release from the band’s debut EP, due Autumn 2025, recorded over the past four months in the UK.

Produced by Michael Smith (Wolf Alice, Elvis Costello), "Lose on You" marks Big Wheels' third collaboration with the acclaimed London producer. Their recent UK stint saw the band performing at festivals and headlining a sold-out show in London, further fueling the growing industry buzz. The single is complemented by a striking music video, directed by renowned visual artist Paul Gallagher, brother of Liam and Noel Gallagher (Oasis).

Fronted by co-lead singers Cass Ford and Lawson Doyle, Big Wheels combine ethereal, introspective songwriting with driving melodies, delivering a heartfelt anthem for those navigating personal growth.

To celebrate the release, Big Wheels will headline two supporting shows on the Australian east coast: October 25th at Buddy's Bar in Sydney and November 2nd at The Bearded Lady in Brisbane.
