Possible Humans + Metho

Solar/Sonar and Hobbies Galore present Possible Humans and Metho live at Shotkickers with Craning and Alx GoSlow and Burakashi on Saturday 30th May. 

Putting heat into the middle of the year Possible Humans are coming off launches of their incredible sophomore album Standing Around Alive. The album of 2025. You know it and have cried along to the guitar solo in Slouching Hat while peeling through the night. 

Metho are dank, erratic and infrequent and already done with their debut album Metholated Spirits from mid 2025. Come and kiss it goodbye as they rip through the rockers and turn their attention to a new album in the back half of 2026. 

Craning are recent Brisbane transplants who put out the ridiculous debut Distress Tolerance in February. Caterwauling tenderness and intensity vibrating on a frequency only previously accessible to Octopus, Distress Tolerance is a modern masterpiece on its way to human acclaim. 

Rounding out the evening is Alx GoSlow and Burakashi from ZIPPER REPAIR KIT in duo mode. With all the smut and crunch congealed into pure syrup. Full heavy flow.

You know when you go to a show and see the same act five times in various states of out of tune…?…..not this time. Saturday the 30th of May will be an old school 90’s line-up spanning a spectrum of looks. Music for all. Or music for presales if you will, get in quick.
