Will seating be provided?
This event does not provide seating for any ticket category. Patrons are not permitted to bring their own chairs or picnic blankets.
Parents can bring a small blanket for babies or toddlers to sit or crawl on; however, adults are not permitted to use picnic blankets.
This event will take place in an outdoor location, under a big top tent, and patrons are welcome to sit and relax on the grass.
Please be mindful of other attendees and choose your spot considerately to ensure everyone can enjoy the event comfortably.
Where can I smoke?
Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue, with the exception of designated smoking areas.
What happens if it rains?
Tones And I will be playing under a Big Top tent, so there is plenty of shelter from the elements. The concert will proceed rain or shine. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either scenario.
Is there an accessible area?
Our outdoor concert sites are predominantly flat grass parkland, and at times, part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons with accessibility needs, being accompanied by a carer is recommended.
There is a dedicated accessible viewing area. This can accommodate all registered wheelchair patrons and their companion. Only one carer per person unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Entry: An Accessible Entry Lane will be available for those in a wheelchair and accessibility requirements. Please look out for signage on arrival.
Can I use a companion card?
We have made a number of provisions to ensure our events are accessible to all. These include provision of a complimentary carer ticket, accessible entrance lanes and accessible toilet facilities. On show day, our customer service staff will be available if you need assistance in accessing the concert site.
Can I get a pass out?
There will be no pass outs for this event unless in an emergency or medical situation.
Please make sure bring everything you need for the whole day/night.
Can I bring my pet?
As much as we love our pets, dogs and other animals are not permitted at the event; with the exception of registered Assistance Animals.
If you need to bring an Assistance Animal to this event, please contact us via info@facetofacetouring.com.au prior to the show, along with suitable documentation so we can review this and provide the appropriate permission before the event.
Thank you for your understanding.
Other Info:
ZERO TOLERANCE ON ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES AND UNDERAGE DRINKING
We have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal substances and drugs. Anyone suspected of using or found in possession of illegal substances or drugs will be escorted from the grounds and handed over to the police. Undercover police officers may also be actively searching for offenders.
COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
We want all our patrons to have a great time at our concerts. That’s what concerts are all about. We actively support and promote equality, diversity and inclusion and strive for our concerts and events to be a place of belonging.
But we take bad behaviour seriously.
Bullying, fighting, inappropriate touching of others, throwing items on stage, or verbal abuse are all clearly abhorrent and unacceptable. No person should ever have to endure this type of behaviour by others when they are attending a concert and simply trying to have a great time. We take various measures at our concerts to keep patrons as safe as possible.
We ensure that security staff that are posted to dancing and “mosh pit” areas have a heightened awareness of bad behaviour.
LEAVING THE VENUE AFTER THE SHOW
Please be prepared and allow some time to leave the venue if you are driving. Expect delays. Your patience is appreciated. Also please respect our neighbours.
Have a wonderful time
