VIP Early Entry Package: Additional Terms & Conditions

By providing your personal information and purchasing a VIP Early Entry Package you
agree to Grow Yourself Up using that information to communicate directly with you in
respect of your VIP Early Entry Package.

Age Restrictions:

VIP Packages are only available to persons aged 18+.
Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.

Re-Sale Prohibited:
All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.

No Refunds:
Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and
contents are non-transferable and all sales are final.

There are no refunds or exchanges.
Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Grow Yourself Up.
Package Details and Instructions:
All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at
the time of purchase) approximately 5 days before the Show.

If you do not receive this email 5 days prior, double-check your Junk email folder, and
if you cannot locate any Package communications, email: wave@ripple-effect.co
Packages Subject to Change:
All Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show functions, times,
locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject
to change at any time for any reason.

Purchaser Information:
You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address)
provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Grow Yourself Up the
Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible
for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect
information results in an undelivered product.

Arrival Time:
A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated
time. This may well be before doors open.
If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any
missed components of the Package.

Entry:
Exact times will be sent to all Package purchasers closer to the Show dates.
Artist Photograph (Meet & Greet):
Where your Package includes a photograph (Meet & Greet), there may be further
conditions contained in the Package Details and Instructions provided closer to the
Show, and Grow Yourself Up reserve the right to vary the Package Additional Terms
and Conditions to reflect any additional Artist requirements.
All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If
there is any conflict or inconsistency between Grow Yourself Up Purchase
Policy/Terms of Sale (if any), these Package Additional Terms & Conditions and
Frontier’s Terms of Sale then to the furthest extent permitted by law the order of
priority will be: (1) Frontier’s Terms of Sale; then (2) these Package Additional Terms
& Conditions; then 3) Grow Yourself Up Purchase Policy/Terms of Sale.
