SOULS OF AMBIENCE is a 4-piece band comprising Greg Sneddon (keys), Marek Taborsky (lead) Tim Ilines (Rhythm) and Chris George (drums).

Melbourne band Souls Of Ambience have a distinctive sound, however no one track is the same as another. Their album 'A THOUSAND TEARS' (Wormhole Death Records) does not fit neatly into a specific genre but sits on the fringes of a few: Progressive rock, Acid Rock, Rock Ballads and even a Southern Boogie track. Illine, George and Taborsky bring their passion for ‘Metal’ music into the overall sound. Sneddon has been influenced by classical music in his song writing and this can be heard, in the undertones of the complex chord changes and stylish compositions. The synth is played with dynamics as Sneddon pounds the keys, as well as crafting soft nuances.  Sneddon has been composing and writing since the early 70’s. This album picks up thematically where his first album ‘Mind Stroll’ (Mushroom Records) left off. The style is ‘progressive’, with it’s extended song formats – a collection of interconnected songs, varied and never the same.

Flitcraft are a heavy metal band from Melbourne. Formed around the songs and artistic vision of singer / guitarist Phillip T. King, the music is hard and melodic rock. With a healthy worship of 1970’s Judas Priest and Scorpions, the sound is also quirky and modern, giving it a progressive flair that somehow the term “progressive metal” doesn’t quite fit. Currently signed to Pitch Black Records, the power trio of Flitcraft recently released their third album ”Transmission Echo” in Summer 2025. Equally indebted to Rush and Megadeth, the album is energetic hard rock with tangents into light balladry and eccentric structures. On stage, the band is raw and spirited. Flitcraft is music to lift your fist into the air and your mind into the ether.
