The New Edinburgh Castle is a fresh take on what a great city pub should be. The building was built in 1837, the same year Adelaide was born and having such tremendous history and foundation made the task of exposing it's unique character and charm an easy one. Stepping through it's front doors and stain glass windows takes you past a neat and comfortable front bar, down a floor board hallway to a beautiful open beer garden where patrons can enjoy great food from a ten dollar menu, top beer's on tap and the humming of world class entertainment.
